Ellisons, specialists in premium residential property, have won ‘Best Property Consultancy in the UK’ at the UK Property Awards in their 4th consecutive year as category winners. Ellisons also celebrate success by delivering 45% annual business revenue growth.

Owning the premium sector
In response to the increasing demand for high end property expertise, Ellisons was founded in Edinburgh in February 2020. Operating as a ‘boutique’ consultancy, Ellisons entered the residential marketplace buying and selling Prime and Super Prime houses across the Lothians.
Founded and led by the highly experienced Scottish property entrepreneur Mark Coulter, Ellisons have earned a track record in the Prime and Super Prime niche through the delivery of a high-quality service and strong results.

Through 2023 and 2024 Ellisons have worked extensively in East Lothian. Home in recent years of the Scottish Open, East Lothian is a golfer’s paradise where Ellisons have made sure that Scotlands most exclusive super prime properties in Archerfield and North Berwick have found their way to market resulting in very positive transactions for buyer and seller..

Ellisons’ innovative business model has resulted in them ‘owning’ the high-end residential property sector in Scotland and in-turn winning ‘Best Property Consultancy, Scotland’ at UK Property awards in 2021,2022, 2023 and 2024 extending these accolades to the UK wide market in 2023 and 2024.
Their 2024 win was earned through demonstrating strong business strategy and growth including the following highlights:
